Wellness means many things and can apply to any category of your life; mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. There are specialist who offer licensed services for expert advice in specific categories. But often times these specialist do not have the ability to see the overarching theme in a situation that can only be seen through a holistic approach.
That is where I come in. In my free time I have studied nutrition, herbalism, spiritualism, psychology, philosophy and emotional wellbeing. I have made an intentional decision to not be licensed in these categories. But through my burning passion I have mastered the seamless nature that flows through each segment; and through that I have learned to support human progress.
